Terms of Service

Effective date: July 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of folsomhandy.com and the home-maintenance services provided by Folsom Handy (“we”, “us”) in and around Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Roseville, Orangevale, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, California. By booking a visit, requesting a quote, or paying an invoice you agree to these terms.

Estimates and quotes

Prices shown on the site, quoted by our online concierge, or produced by the instant pressure-washing calculator are good-faith estimates for planning. The final price is confirmed in a written itemised invoice after we review the work — in person or from the details and photos you provide. We never charge more than the invoiced amount without your approval.

Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

A booked window is reserved exclusively for your home. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the visit — by phone, text, or reply to your confirmation email. If we must reschedule, we will notify you promptly and offer the next best window.

Payments, deposits and tips

Payments are one-time charges processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Some reservations require a deposit which is applied in full toward the final invoice; if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, deposits are refunded. Balances are due upon completion of the work unless the invoice states otherwise. Optional tips for the crew are exactly that — optional — and go to the crew.

Our workmanship

If something we did is not right, tell us within 30 days and we will return and correct it at no cost. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question; we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or defects we did not cause.

Your part

You agree to provide accurate information, safe access to the work area, and to secure pets during the visit. Work that reveals hidden conditions (water damage, wiring not to code, and similar) may require a revised quote before we proceed — we will always pause and ask first.

Site use

The site, its content and tools are provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use. Automated scraping, abusive submissions, and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited. The AI concierge provides general guidance, not professional advice; final scopes and prices are always confirmed by a human.
